Regarding Item No. 3:<\/span><\/b> The stock split involves reducing the par value of shares from 5,000 KRW to 500 KRW and increasing the total number of issued shares tenfold. <\/span><\/span>Please note that existing shareholders’ ownership ratios will remain unchanged.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      2. Regarding Item No. 4:<\/span><\/b> This issuance of new shares is intended for Venture Capital (VC), Accelerators (AC), and angel investors. <\/span><\/span>To ensure a swift process, specific issuance conditions and allocation targets will be delegated to the Board of Directors to be determined based on market conditions and investment negotiations. <\/span><\/span>We ask for the understanding and cooperation of all shareholders.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
