CES2025
Dongguk University’s Startup and Technology Institute announced on the 10th that it will participate in ‘CES 2025 Seoul Joint Pavilion’ with five startups at Las Vegas, USA, from January 7th to 10th next year.
CES is the world’s largest IT exhibition organized by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA). Based on CES 2024 figures, it’s a global technology festival that attracted around 4,300 companies and 130,000 visitors worldwide. The ‘Seoul Joint Pavilion’ in the ‘Eureka Park’ startup exhibition area at CES 2025 will be operated as a joint pavilion led by Seoul Business Agency (SBA), featuring 16 Seoul-based startup ecosystem organizations and 104 startups.
The startups participating in this CES include Mobility One, Entertake, Medicaretek, SimsTech, and Reverse Mountain, which possess technologies in healthcare, AI (Artificial Intelligence), and other fields.
Dongguk University will provide exhibition booth space and on-site operational support at the ‘CES 2025 Seoul Joint Pavilion’ for the five selected companies. Additionally, five Dongguk University students will be matched one-on-one with each company as part of a student supporter program to assist with business activities on-site.
Mobility One operates an integrated operation platform and service for heterogeneous drones and robots. They recently secured seed investment and received TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startup) recommendation. Selected as part of the Korean delegation for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s South African drone roadshow, they are now providing services to various local governments.
Entertake developed EKARAK, a home self-hair coloring device, and won the 19th Innovation Award.
